Cancellation / Replacement
At LUSTER LOOP , we understand that situations may change and we aim to provide a smooth experience for all customers. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team through WhatsApp or email with your order ID. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, but you may request a replacement if eligible.
Replacements are available only for products that are damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To request a replacement, please reach out to us within 3 Days of receiving the product, along with photos or video proof showing the issue. After verification, we will approve the request and ship a replacement product at no additional cost.
Replacement requests will not be accepted for items damaged due to customer handling, products used more than once, or requests based on change of mind. Our team reviews each case carefully to ensure fair and quick resolution.
