Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with LUSTER LOOP. We offer a 3-Day Easy Return policy for products that arrive damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect. Returns will only be accepted if the issue occurred during transit or if a wrong or unusable product was delivered.                                                                                                                              Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been used more than once, damaged due to customer mishandling, missing original packaging, or for change-of-mind requests. To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide their order ID along with clear photo or video proof of the issue.                                                                                                                                       Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide an approval response within 24 hours. After verification, a replacement will be shipped or a refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after product collection and inspection.
